Manufactured and assembled at our own facility.
We do not publish certificate numbers on the website. If you need current certification documents for a tender, an approval or a purchase order, ask us and we will send them.
From coil to carton
Four stages, all under one roof.
- 01
Winding
Motor coils are wound in-house and inspected before they go any further. This is the part of a fan that decides its working life, so it is not a step we outsource.
- 02
Assembly
Motors, blades and housings are assembled and balanced on our own line. Balancing is what keeps a fan quiet and stops it walking across the floor.
- 03
Finishing
Bodies are finished and coated for the humidity and salt air fans in Kerala have to live with.
- 04
Pre-dispatch checks
Units are run and checked before they are packed, so faults are found here rather than in a customer's home.
Made in India
Our fans are designed, assembled and checked in India, at our own facility in Kerala. That is a statement about where the work happens and who is accountable for it — not a sticker we add at the end.
